Electronics Lab


The Colibri Technologies Electronic Lab has the safety equipment such as insulation withstand voltage tester, grounding continuity tester, leakage current tester. It also has the signal analysis instruments like logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, network analyze, which covers safety regulations, electrostatic protection, conventional electrical parameter measurement, signal analysis, precision observation and other types.



The safety performance, electrostatic protection ability, grounding reliability, insulation performance, material insulation strength, and electronic components parameters can be measured and evaluated by the electronic lab and technicians. It can measure and analyze signal integrity, spectrum, logic timing, as well as power, bandwidth, and harmonics, which also records and analyzes the high-speed motion processes failing to be distinguished by the naked eye through high-speed cameras.

Mechanics Lab


Colibri Technologies Mechanics Lab has the equipment like laser trackers, laser vibrometers, laser interferometers, vibration testing systems. Its testing capabilities cover mechanical testing, geometric tolerance testing, robot calibration and performance testing, engineering vibration and analysis.



The mechanics lab and technicians can test tension, pressure, torsion, etc., measure parallelism, perpendicularity, straightness, angle, parallelism, etc., and calibrate the arm length, zero position, calibrate the reduction ratio, etc., inspect the pose accuracy, distance accuracy, trajectory accuracy performance, etc., and detect the positioning accuracy of the equipment. They can also implement research tests associated with vibration suppression, and measure and analyze the vibration frequency, displacement, speed, etc. of the equipment.

Reliability Lab


Colibri Technologies Reliability Lab is provided with the electromagnetic compatibility instruments like electrostatic discharge generator, group pulse generator, conduction immunity test system, surge generator, power frequency magnetic field generator, voltage change simulator, and temperature and humidity chamber, crash test system, vibration test system, single-channel cable vertical torsion testing machine and other environmental reliability test instruments, which can implement a series of product reliability tests.



The reliability lab and technicians can implement anti-interference tests for scenarios such as static electricity, lightning surge, power frequency magnetic field, voltage change, and conductive disturbance, as well as tests for environmental factors concerning temperature and humidity, vibration, collision shock, and salt spray. They also can evaluate the equipment's tolerance to interference from power ports and signal ports, as well as its adaptability and reliability in complex environments.

Optical Lab


Colibri Technologies Optical Lab possesses the optical measuring instruments concerning illuminometer, colorimeter, spectrometer, optical power meter. It is also provided with the image quality inspection and evaluation systems such as high-resolution cameras, infrared cameras, lenses of various specifications, and Imatest imaging quality analysis software, with multiple industrial cameras and lenses, diversified visual light sources, controllers, visual processing software and other machine vision systems, as well as optical platforms, test benches, level gages, laser punctuation and marking instruments and other optical tools, as well as various optical lenses, polarizers, optical materials and other optical components.


The optical lab and technicians can implement the optical experiments like optical design, optical material detection, optical simulation, optical system imaging analysis and evaluation.



In 2013, the R&D center of Colibri Technologies was identified as "Shenzhen Precision Automation Testing Engineering Technology R&D Center," and in 2018, it was further identified as "Guangdong Precision Automation Testing Engineering Technology Research Center." In 2015, the Colibri Technologies Laboratory was identified as "Shenzhen Intelligent Assembly Automation Key Technology Engineering Lab." With the powerful hardware strength, it meets the requirements of continuous innovation in the manufacturing process and provides a guarantee for Colibri Technologies to be technologically competitive.
