The consistency of the production efficiency and products is pursued in the industrial production, and a series of the vibration control issues shall be solved, including: Vibration stability of high-speed moving parts, whole-machine vibration due to motor reaction and the interference of environmental vibration, etc. Our core technologies in the vibration control includes motion control technology, simulation technology, vibration test technology and technology in ambient vibration isolation. The vibration control technology is suitable for all intelligent devices and it has been widely applied.

AOI Inspection

The traditional visual inspection is largely affected by human experience and subjective factors which results in low efficiency and thus being labor intensive. The data are hard to be digitized and traced. AOI automated appearance inspection could replace the visual inspection and it is featured as the high speed, high precision and result consistency.

AOI defect inspection shall solve the problems in two major categories:

• Firstly, it shall have a "clear view", i.e. obtain the high-quality images with uniform illumination and prominent defects;

• Secondly, it shall have the satisfied "inspection capacity", i.e. have the strong inspection algorithm.

With years of R&D practice, Colibri has created the independent AOI technical platform and it is widely applied to the industry of new energy, semi-conductor, SMT, display panel, 3C electrons and medical treatment, etc., covering the appearance defect inspection of the parts, semi-finished products and finished products.

Tension Control

Due to the processing of film materials, tension control technology has a huge impact on the speed, stability and quality of lithum battery production equipment such as coating, rolling, slitting, filmmaking/die-cutting, winding and unwinding, lamination and other related quipments.

The tension control technology with the active unwinding and active deviation correction, for which Colibri has the independent intellectual property rights, is widely applied to lamination, bluish membrane, pet polyester film and other lithium battery devices, which lays the industrial competitiveness and receives the positive feedback.

Automatic Calibration

The company is mainly engaged in the mobile terminal tests and manufacturing equipment. Its high-precision and efficient automatic calibration technology is the core and it is achieved by combining algorithm software, motion control, module communication and other technologies.

The self-developed automatic calibration technology is mainly reflected in two aspects below:

• On one hand, Colibri has developed a complete solution in automatic calibration and inspection, and has independently developed a complete set of camera detection and calibration algorithm and automatic calibration technology of various sensors in the mobile terminals, which are widely applied in various devices of industry leading brand customers.

• On the other hand, the automatic calibration technology can quickly and automatically calibrate key components such as equipment charts, optical instruments, light sources, and robots to the most ideal state, which can improve the accuracy by more than 10 times and the efficiency by 3-4 times, greatly reducing the time for equipment debugging.
